This is a Great Opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Chef de Partie who is keen to join a professional brigade under the guidance of a talented award winning Head Chef. This Restaurant is set in Beautiful surroundings and is currently looking to recruit to strengthen their existing brigade. A fantastic Salary with Great Tips are also benefits of this position.

The Role:

AsSenior you will be working within different sections of the kitchen and will be required to prepare quality cuisine using fresh local produce. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment and must be aware of all health and safety aspects within the kitchen. The ideal candidate will be of a creative nature with a passion for producing high quality cuisine.

Due to the location of the property a driver would be an advantage. Also help to relocate will be given if you live out of the area.

All applicants should be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3. Have an up to date Hygiene Certificate and have gained experience as a Commis Chef in a minimum 2AA Rosette establishment. This is a great opportuity to enhance your CV and career.
