Talented, dedicated and ambitious JuniorSous Chef is required for this fast paced, high volumegastro property!

Working within an experienced and dedicated brigade, you will be looking for a stable role with career longevity. You will be passionate about your cuisine and using quality, fresh produce.

As Junior Sous you will be expected to maintain the already high standards of this property and it is therefore essential that you come from a multi rosette background property. . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar quality establishment.

Qualifications/ Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references. They require someone who has good culinary knowledge along with sound financial awareness and excellent leadership skills. You will be able to keep calm under pressure and maintain standards throughout.
