Job Description

This luxurious establishment, located in a beautiful setting requires an enthusiastic Commis Chef.

This Rosette and Michelin accredited establishment has two catering outlets. And it is within the busy Michelin rated restaurant that a Commis Chef is required to help in the day to day running of the kitchen. A team player, the successful candidate will be dedicated and maintain producing cuisine to an extremely high standard.

Experience in a Rosette property is essential.

Your duties will include:
Reporting to the Head Chef
Aiding the Senior Chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen
Up keeping the high standards and consistency that are already in place

Qualifications/Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have strong leadership skills. It is also necessary that all applicants have a stable CV with excellent references.
